Every day for the past 2 weeks at least, I have had Tesco Value Meatballs for lunch. They're from Tesco and they're definitely good value, but they're not exactly "balls" and I doubt there's much meat in them.
>>57 I've found the meat is actually processed chicken. I still have them every day, but have started jazzing them up with different sauces. Sometimes Reggae Reggae sauce, sometimes tabasco, sometimes worcester sauce. Do you get Lea & Perrins in the US?
>>93We sure do. Good stuff. As for sauces to make things interesting, nothing beats some Sriracha.Boring food tonight, had a sausage and pepperoni pizza. When it's really hot out, I don't usually feel inclined to cook.

>>101Isn't advertising a food as having "great taste" kind of like putting "clean rooms" on a hotel sign?
Bought a bunch of stuff to make pizza but then I was too lazy to make the dough. So I cooked up the sausage and mushrooms, mixed it with lots of basil and mozzarella (both fresh), then tossed in a small can of tomato sauce.

Chicken salad sandwich, mini scotch eggs and imitation big mac sauce
>>148What is a scotch egg exactly? I saw them somewhere but I'm not adventurous enough to order and too shy to ask.
>>149 Normal scotch eggs are a boiled egg inside a shell made of sausage meat covered in breadcrumbs. They're nice. What I like to do is make a hole and take the egg out and eat that, then fill the shell with pasta or mashed tatties or whatever I might be eating. Crisps maybe. These mini ones I had were the same but little bits off egg rather than a whole one.

I made some General Tso's chicken! Wanchai Ferry is pretty good stuff, but I can eat one of their "meals for two" easily by myself and they never have enough rice.Usually I make a half cup of rice in the rice cooker and sometimes I get real fancy and get some microwave eggrolls too, but today I was lazy and hungry.
